This paper presents a novel mechanical-to-electromagnetic chronological model to explain the localized 60-second ionospheric pre-cursor anomaly observed prior to the June 24, 2026, Venezuelan doublet earthquakes (Magnitude 7.2 and 7.5). While standard models struggle to explain the rapid coupling between crustal stress and the upper atmosphere, this theorysynthesizes the piezoelectric properties of regional quartz-bearing schists with a highly distinct parallel geometric alignment. We hypothesize that macro-scale structural failure was preceded by micro-fracturing of dense quartz blocks, generating a massive static electrical discharge. Due to a 1° to 3° parallelalignment with the Equatorial Electrojet (EEJ), this subterranean charge acted as a parallel conductor, cleanly disrupting the atmospheric current axis exactly one minute before tectonic slip.
