We propose a framework in which spacetime geometry and quantum dynamics emerge fromthe non—associative algebra of octonions. A dynamical octonion-valued field is introduced whose interaction is governed by the octonionic associator. The induced G2 three-form determines the metric, variation of the action produces Einstein equations, and projection onto quaternionic subalgebras yields quantum wavefunctions. The theory admits a compact master equation encoding gravitational and quantum dynamics simultaneously.
