A Unified Theory of Neuro-Autoimmunity: From Multiple Sclerosis (MS) to GBS Clusters in PeruCore Thesis: This work presents a paradigm shift in neuro-immunology, identifying the reactivation of latent Varicella Zoster Virus (VZV) as the primary driver for both Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and Guillain-Barré Syndrome (GBS). The Mechanism: The VZV acts as a dormant "Powder Keg" within the nervous system. The disease is triggered by an external "Detonator" (The Trigger). In MS, this occurs via chronic stressors; in the GBS clusters of Peru (2019/2023), a bacterial infection (Campylobacter jejuni) served as the acute detonator, igniting a nervous system already primed by intensive vaccination programs and environmental toxins. Methodology: This research combines clinical observation with AI-assisted demographic analysis to confirm the correlation between prior immunization, VZV latency, and regional outbreaks. Conclusion: The absence of GBS in unvaccinated populations despite bacterial exposure proves the VZV-Detonator mechanism. This knowledge is released as Open Access to the public for a symbolic price of 1 Euro, ensuring the truth remains uncorrupted by commercial interests.
